Being a huge fan of Grill'd already it comes to no surprise that I write about yummy food. Yes it's more costly than some burger joints but I've never had a bad burger here. So for that, it's worth it. However, the reason I write this review is 100% for the staff. Most Grill'd spots have been let down by their emotionless waitresses, wiping down tables, removing your glass without even finishing, or being incompetent to forget you ordered (and charged) a gluten free bun, which all unfortunately have happened to me. A regular customer at different Grilled restaurants. Sweet Potato chips were the burnt tit-bits, no chips at all. when asked about them, they said these are the chips. Ordered for the potato chips, the potato chips never came. when asked, they said they were still making them. We finished our burgers and asked why the potato chips did not come with the burger, they gave the answer " we don't want to serve you cold burger"??? Well, maybe they should check out the other stores where chips and burger come together. Staff is rude and nasty and treated us so badly and disrespectfully, hard to believe they work in hospitality. I have been to Grilld' Miranda multiple times and one in Canberra. At both places the food is amazing and overall, the burgers are some of the best I've ever had. Although their regular fries are extremely tasty with added herbs, the sweet potato fries are a real treat; I have been there specifically to order them! They also have delicious salads, the only slight problem is that you may have to cut the lettuce leaves as they are quite big. They also have great service, all the workers are nice and polite. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and even go as far as to encourage people to go there!

Staying in Melbourne and wanted a quick light meal. Daughter suggested burgers at Grill's in Chapel St. Great service upon arrival, menu explained and recommendations made. Selections made - prices good. Plenty of outdoor sidewalk seating. In no time at all burgers arrived, Good size burger, tasty and not greasy. We ate here this week. The food is good quality and the price is very reasonable. There is no sit down service for ordering, order at the counter. In our case my burger was not really hot enough on arrival. Overall however I would go back and I would recommend for an informal bite although not so much with young children.

This is a great place to eat. The long tables, the icy cold beer and the best burgers and chips in town. The staff are fun and entertaining whilst working hard at the same time. Good fun place to eat and watch the locals wandering by.

Visited in the afternoon 3 staff members not busy yet staff seemed very un caring and customer service was almost non existent avoid if you can customer orders coming out before mine that ordered after! Ordinary is being kind

Average joint - the portion sizes for the fries are pretty small and the place in general (as all of the Grill'd joints are) slightly overpriced. However, very nice staff and a decent restaurant for sure Reserva una mesa ahora

Very average food here well burgers. They seem a little high priced too $14 for a burger alone and it wasn't that big. I wouldn't go back to Grill'd
