If I could ad a negative rating I would. I used to eat the weekly, but the quality started to drop so it was 12-months since my recent visit. And it appeared I am not the only person that felt that way as there was only 4 other people in the place at lunch time. And no wonder. I was greeted with what appeared to be a person with scabies over her face. However after being shocked at what I saw, I looked close and they were inflamed piercings around her lips. YUCK! Next I place my order, simple enough, well it used to be as you used to be able to look up and see a menu and order. I get why they took it down as people were taking too long. But I didn't want to sit down red a menu then come back...

Date night for us. We had the the Big Queenslander on a GF bun, a Wugyu Wunder on panini, and a share plate of chips. The service was awesome. Offered menus as soon as we walked in and then were served promptly at the counter when we went to order. The burgers were INCREDIBLE! Tasted amazing, and were a good size. The chips were very tasty, however both the potato and sweet potato chips were slightly overcooked. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this Grill'd restaurant. Grilld's food is amazing!! Very tasty and very fresh. A much healthier alternative to regular fast food burgers and fries. However you do pay for healthy organic food and by saying that I mean this place is pretty expensive for what you get. There are no set meals, a burger is about $14 and The chip sizes they have there are small and extra small lol. I usually get one of the lamb burgers or the bacon and cheese but all the food on the menu sounds amazing. Definitely try this place!

This was such a dissapointment. It was an incredibly hot day and we selected Grill'd out of convenience and mostly due to the "we are airconditioned" sign on the door. It was in fact hotter inside then out. The whole place was filled with flies. It felt so dirty, the airconditioning vents were caked with dust we were scared to sit under them. My chips were good, the lettuce in my burger was soggy. Over all.. Would not go back.
Great burgers and great fries. I'm vegetarian and so happy to have a choice of vegetarian and even vegan burgers. I've been a few times and I'm always impressed with the friendly services even when it's busy. I love the relishes and spices they use (rosemary with the fries). Great quality all around, and on top of that they support the local community.
Grill'd is a convenient place to grab a burger and a beer in Bulimba before/after a movie at the cinema - if you can find a place to sit. The food and service at this location is quite comparable to any other Grill'd location, but it does appear to be a busy place...easy to feel rushed to vacate your table here.
I love Grill'd but this location will not see me again. Stinking hot outside and aircon inside wasnt working (probably due to the disgusting state of the vents that looked like they had never been cleaned) To top it off we where forced to share our meal with 50 flies. Simply not good enough.

Super fast and friendly service. I tried the new vegan burger on a gluten free bun and I actually enjoyed it. The pineapple added a really lovely tartly sweet element as well as giving it more juiciness.
Delicious burgers, always fast service and friendly staff. One of the best Grill'd stores around
