Burgers consistently good but attitude odd, both true of other branches as well. Am starting to think they recruit from a cult of some sort. This time it was about why they don't have menus up anymore? Like on a board? Instead u have to ask and be given folded up menu that opens up to A3 size which u then put back. Or staff lingering around will hand you one. Totes annoying and unnecessary. When I queried it I was told it's better this way. I'm like WHY? Apparently they reckon it's more 'friendly' I laughed out loud & pointed out umm no, it's tedious and FYI ppl don't come out for burgers for a social occasion with staff just to get access to menu. Worlds gone mad.

La parrilla para mí es muy segura de fallos casuales cuando se trata de hamburguesas y chips. Tuve la ensalada de superpotencia esta vez. El tamaño de la porción era bastante generoso, sin embargo, era muy parecido a una ensalada que haría en casa y se llevaría a trabajar. Grill'd for me is very much a casual fail safe when it comes to burgers and chips. I had the Superpower Salad this time. The serving size was fairly generous, however it was very much like a salad you would make at home and take to work. Kind of like a what's in the fridge salad and with the grated carrot you can tell its utilising the burger salads and putting them to together and adding chicken. I would stick to the burgers. Staff are friendly!

Terrible we walked I stood there for 10 minutes to be told " mate there ain't any power" I stood there and she said "mate there ain't no power so we are not serving " 1. Mate absolutely great greeting! 2. I am sorry we have no power would have been way more appropriate! 3. Have someone at the door to let people know don't let us stand at the counter for 10 minutes! @customerservice
