My previous experiences at this restaurant have been wonderful, but during this recent visit, there were a few issues. The waiter was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests he was serving. He initially got my order wrong, bringing me a steak sandwich instead of the steak I had requested. However, he quickly corrected the mistake. For dessert, I ordered the upside down pineapple cake which was tasty, but the accompanying scoop of ice cream had melted. The waiter kindly brought out two extra scoops of ice cream to make up for it. Unfortunately, when the bill came, I was charged for the extra ice cream and also for the steak sandwich I did not order. It would have been nice...
Grille 620 is one of our trusted places for a nice dinner. We have been there many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Sunday evening was no exception; my wife enjoyed Clam chowder while I enjoyed raw oysters for appetizers; we both ordered a rib eye and each was prepared to our distinct requests. We always enjoy the bacon Brussel sprouts as a shared side. Our server, Heather, was very personable, efficient and professional.
This was our first visit to Grille620 and we were not disappointed. The four of us had a great dinner food portions are large, especially deserts which can be shared. The restaurant was loud, but a good loud, as there were lots of patrons clearly having a good evening. The blackened tuna was very good, as was the brie appetizer. One of our friends has a shellfish allergy but there were still many options for him on the menu. We will be back!
Wonderfull meal. Best restauant experience in a long time. No complaints or concerns. Didn't like where we were seated (by the front door and hostess stand) but somebody has to sit there. Heather was an outstanding server and we look to return soon. Heather even told us a more direct way home! Can't say enoigh.good things about our experience.

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner here and were very pleased with experience. Our server Andre was phenomenal and even treated us to a dessert at the end! Food was on point as always. Special shoutout to “Lobster and Gnocchi”, we always come back for that dish in particular ! Highly recommend Grille620
The evening was excellent in every aspect - the food, atmosphere, noise level, and service were all top-notch. Although we were quite hungry upon arrival and the food took a bit longer to come out, we were all pleased with our meals.
We had an amazing time. Everything was wonderful. It was my first time there and I will be back. Conner took great care of us. Thank you!
The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the bartender was fantastic! The Thai Shrimp was exceptionally tasty!
