Griller - Reserva de mesa

Ordered via Just Eat but chose to collect as delivery was 1 hour and collection was 20 mins. Collection time was 8.15pm and I arrived on time. I noticed what looked like part of my order in the keep warm area. After waiting 10mins to be served as others waiting and just 1 person serving, the lady said just waiting for chips. Chips were then bagged and I asked if the pizza had been made fresh, to which she said yes and then went out the back. She came back and said he pizza will be 4 mins. I queried why and she said they have been busy. The pizza was 10 mins and I expressed my dissatisfaction. She apologised but by this time my order was 30 mins late and my chicken had been sitting on top of...

Ordered through Just Eat, originally delivery time was 9.10pm then Griller decided to add an extra 30mins to delivery time which was in total 1hr 20mins from original order time, completely unacceptable! When food arrived lettuce in burger was old, soggy and brown. Chips were only enough for one person, when it should have been for 2 people. I rang the shop to complain about my order, the woman who answered decided to pass the phone to someone else whilst I was in mid conversation with her, without notifying me, extremely rude! I notified Just Eat who rang Griller and they denied everything and refused to give a refund. Disgusting customer service!!! Will never order from them again.

Both my friend and I felt unwell the next day after eating at this restaurant. The food was not very good. If I had known about the many negative reviews here, I wouldn't have chosen to dine at this place. It is true that this restaurant is awful.

Ordered a simple fillet burger meal and all that cares about was doing it in order of tickets dispute it all being sat there ready and waiting I took me over 10 minutes to get my food. Madness. The staff was friendly they just need to speed up Reserva una mesa ahora

The food here is delicious, but the prices are very high. They offer a variety of spices, so if you don't mind spending a bit more money, it's worth a visit.

The staff at Pall were very friendly, and the food was delicious. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant again.

Food was nice, but the waiting time for the food was ridiculous especially consider it’s ‘fast food’. Lady behind the counter was very rude and blunt.

Decent food good place for friends and are fast and efficient at the jobs. Good wings and chips grilled are better imo
