Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-oven Pizzeria

I ordered to-go on a sunday night and it was about an hour wait but so worth it to me. I haven’t been back home to NY in over a year and didn’t realize how much I missed NY pizza!! I ordered the Traditional and added mushrooms, green peppers, and sausage. It wasn’t soggy at all and had cooled just enough that all the toppings stuck together with each bite. It made me so happy. I noticed that they have a slice, salad, and drink lunch combo for only like $11 on the weekdays from 11a-3p. So I am def coming back next week

The wait time is consistently unacceptable. I visited with a party of four, and despite the dining room being mostly empty—only a few tables occupied—was told there would be a two-hour wait. On another occasion, I called to order carryout, and again they quoted a two-hour wait. We are definitely finished with this place.

The pizza here is incredible! The fresh ingredients and the brick oven create a crust that's simply the best. It's definitely worth the price. The salad dressing had a bit of a tangy kick to it. The dessert trio was fantastic as well—absolutely delicious!

Wow please never take the Smoked Brisket Pizza off the menu. It was heaven in my mouth. All the flavors marry so well together, and it is just such a perfect idea! I will order this pizza again for sure! Get it! You wont be disappointed! Reserva una mesa ahora

The pizza here is incredibly delicious! This was our second time being served by the same waiter (I prefer not to mention his name), and he really didn't seem to care much about his service. However, the pizza is simply unbeatable!

food was great. got very busy very quickly. staff was on top of it. arrived home w/ wrong salad but, iay have not been clear what I wanted. either way, the house salads are legit and the vinaigrette is fxxxxxxg awesome everytime

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant three times. On one occasion, they forgot to include part of my order, and on the other two times, the pizza was not ready for more than 45 minutes past the promised time.
