Disgusting food and ingredients. I felt ripped off. Go and check the place out if you don’t believe me before ordering. These people don’t know how to cook and their service is very very bad. They take your money and don’t care. They use the cheapest bad ingredients. Don’t wast you money. Their service is very very bad. They can’t cook. The pizza and burger we ordered looked pre-cooked. They hide the bad chicken under a whole load of sauces. Don’t be fooled by the picture.

Came from Birmingham to Leicester with my friends , came to this place and omd let me tell you , me and my friends 5 of us mentioned this was the best burger we have ever tasted !! Nice and fresh and hot , when we came to eat in,, we told them they need to open up a place like this in Birmingham!!!! 5 stars from us , good friendly staff , keep it up guys , these guys are really busy !!

The staff at grizzlers are shambles they tell you a time to collect your order and it’s hardly ever ready like today Feb 14th 2021 my son had to wait another 25mins and the order is still not complete then my son asked to say what’s going on he didn’t have answer so the cheek of the staff said go elsewhere if you can’t wait, what kind of service is this

If you are looking for a good burger, this is not the place..having ordered a few times I find it odd that I have to eat the burger with a knife and fork, it is near impossible to eat with your hands as there buns are smaller then the meat and it’s just so messy to eat! Reserva una mesa ahora

I tried this restaurant for the first time while shopping in town. The wait wasn't too long, and I ordered the Hot Sweet Chilli wings which I absolutely loved! I plan on returning soon to try their burgers and hotdogs. Thank you, guys!

We ordered a take away as the menu looked great. Turned up 2 and a half hours after ordering and was luke warm at best. Burger cold and undercooked, chips very soggy. Wings were actually ok, nice flavour and good size wing.

the original gourmet burger. used to think was expensive but now you see that prices are fairly competitive. quick service, only negative is that they need to sort out that slippery floor!

I ordered the BBQ chicken with sweet potato fries and I absolutely loved it! The price was reasonable and the food was high quality. I only waited 10 minutes for my order to arrive. Reserva una mesa ahora

Extremely disappointed, far too much sauce, couldn't taste anything other than the sauce and was extremely vinegary! Not pleasant at all I'm afraid. Wouldn't recommend.

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. Well done! It would be even better if they offered the garlic sauce for sale separately.
