Grotto dell'Ortiga

Magnificent and characteristic grotto in the center of Manno. Super friendly staff, really beautiful and well looked after location. Divinely ate simple but tasty dishes prepared with love. It reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. Absolutely worth trying!

We didn't make a reservation, which would probably have been better! But we were still given a very nice seat! And were served very attentively and friendly! The meal that followed was a real pleasure and tasted excellent! Highly recommended again and again!

Delicious food and lovely place, the only downside was that we waited 45 minutes to receive the food, a little too long I would say. It is also worth taking a tour and visiting the center of Manno.

For the second time, I love you. The place is very beautiful, the food is superb and the service too. My favorite restaurant in all of Switzerland.
