Grotto San Michele

Terrace with spectacular views. The service leaves something to be desired. Since the staff are many young people, in training from the hotel school, they are then excused for errors in the service. However, it does not take away from the fact that those who supervise should be very careful about the work of these young people. Concerning the price/performance ratio, I was not happy with the main course on the menu, which was definitely too little.

Beautiful restaurant right on the castle wall of Castel Grande with a magnificent view over Bellinzona. The service was very friendly and attentive. The drinks and the food were very tasty. There aren't too many tables. A reservation would definitely be an advantage. By the way, there is a lift on the east side for those who don't want to walk up/down.

I loved the terrace and the reception venue, honestly the menu is small but the quality of the food is finely chosen. I was afraid of the exorbitant price but nope. They offer regional dishes and an excellent cellar! Note that the staff is welcoming and speaks French

I'm here twice. Both times the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Also very accommodating of children.
