Ground Round Grill

The waitress/hostess spent at least five minutes filling her salt and pepper shakers while occasionally glancing in our direction. There were only about five tables occupied, so the staff was relatively slow, and there were at least two other waitresses and a floor manager present. Despite this, we never received drink refills. I had to literally hold up and wave our tortilla bowl to get her attention. Even when we wanted to pay and leave, we had to wave our card for about five minutes while they chatted and walked around. It was quite frustrating.

Such a fun restaurant. We got to pick our table and the served us popcorn as a starter. Such a unique treat at a restaurant. The restaurant was clean and our waiter was really knowledgeable and nice. The food and drinks came quickly. The food was delicious and displayed so nicely. The tater tots were crispy and definitely a highlight of the meal. It was a great experience and if you are ever in the St. Joseph area you must stop and try it. I will definitely go back next time so am passing through that area.

We ordered 2 appetizers, wings and pretzels, didn't like them, cheese sauce tasted old and was chunky like it had been sitting for awhile. The wings looked they were coated in oil and not hot sauce, was offered to a drink or something else to eat didn't offer to take them off the bill..that was irritating. Cook came out of the kitchen cussing, around children might I add. Never been here before...really disappointed and won't try again.

Normally I like going to Ground Round because the food is good and I always get decent service. Except for yesterday my friend and I had a younger male waiter who was pretty arrogant and disrespectful. Talking about highly inappropriate things to me and my friend around my 4 year old daughter. He tried to apologize by leaving this on our check. I don’t think I’ll be coming back after the experience I had yesterday. Reserva una mesa ahora

We stumbled upon this place on a whim while visiting the town for the day. Initially, we had been searching for a restaurant with higher Yelp ratings, but we ultimately chose to give this place a try instead.

Great service today.... No complaints. Didn't eat, had drinks and sat outside with another enjoying the sunshine. Good time, good service. In the past good food as well

I ordered the mushroom, Swiss, and onion burger with French dip and tater tots. The burger was excellent. The decor and atmosphere inside the restaurant were lovely.
