Grub Stake - Reserva de mesa

We stopped at this restaurant in Helena for lunch. I ordered the chicken strips with tots. The chicken strips were not homemade, they tasted like the frozen kind you buy and heat in the oven. Not good. The tots, however, were crispy and decent. My child ordered the Mac n cheese, which was box Mac n cheese. Not good, especially for the high price. The fries were soggy and unpleasant. I only rated them a two because the other person in our group ordered an omelet and said it was good. I cannot recommend a place that doesn't serve their own cooking at the prices they charge. I will not be returning here.

Have given this place a try twice in one year hoping the first time was just a fluke since I kept hearing their steak was so great. Nope, I just don't get what all the fuss is about. I like mine medium well and hubby likes his medium rare. Both of our steaks came out flavorless and tough and we went there about 9-10 months apart the second time. The staff were friendly both times though.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, however, I found the prices to be a bit high. I paid $22 for a small salad with chicken alfredo, but the sauce did not taste like alfredo and the noodles were overcooked. Despite this, the chicken was delicious. The waiter provided excellent service and was very efficient. The parking lot had plenty of spaces.

After waiting 20 minutes to acknowledged finally was served cold food wrong drinks Mac n cheese no cheese. What happened used to be a favorite for the family. Worst 140 bucks ever spent on a birthday dinner. Please avoid this place at all Reserva una mesa ahora

Only one word can describe this place and that is outstanding. The food was absolutely to die for and we are already planning our return in the future and futures to come. Well done to the staff here an incredible job!

Just passing through and picked up some sandwiches to go- surprisingly pleased! Gal that took my order was super friendly and food was good!! If I didn’t live 3 hours away I would definitely go back sooner then later.

What a fun restaurant. It's half sports bar and half family dining. It had a nice menu featuring your basic Americana foods. They also give you an appetizer of cheese curds and fresh fried chips. I will be back.

I recently visited a fantastic steakhouse that surpasses all other steak houses I have been to. Despite the unconventional name, I can confidently say they serve the best steak in town! Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant is a wonderful place to relax with delicious food and excellent service. Our overall experience was fantastic and we will definitely return in the future.
