The best customer service of any restaurant I've ever been to, every single time, how in the hell do you pull that off when the primary aspect of your job is to scoop poke that I point at into my bowl? I marvel at how they take every opportunity to make you feel genuinely cared about every single time I come here. Clearly it comes down to hiring and training but it seems genuine because it is and you can't train that, only screen for it in interviews but for a person to be able to see that takes incredible people skills and intuition. Thank you to the whole team, you make everyone who comes in a little happier and kinder which has a huge ripple effect through all they interact with and so on...
THE BEST POKE PLACE! The portions are incredible, the ingredients are always fresh, and there are countless topping choices. The staff is friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Most importantly, the food is consistently delicious. I also appreciate the variety of drink options, including boba, craft sodas, and various canned beverages like Celsius and Hawaiian Sun. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area!

Wife wanted to go just for sushi Wednesday. So we went for the first time tonight. And I?m so glad we did. Super fresh! Some of the best poke and sushi I?ve had locally.The crew running the place was super friendly and helpful. They know their poke and how to blend up some very unique flavors. This place is absolutely fantastic! I'm not a cook, so I have no clue how to create a tasty bowl myself. The staff here were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options and addressing all my questions and concerns. The large bowl we ordered was perfect for two of us to share for a light lunch. We'll definitely be coming back!
Changed in 45 minutes before they were closed. Rice and shrimp. Did?t offer to make new rice (about 12 minutes) and hasn't offered another option for shrimps? Email the owner and guess what? No answer. Not the price for the way they treat you. Go to POKI POKI on the road for better quality and storage of food and CUSTOMERS SERVICE!
I got two protein bowl. Salmon and Ahi. Loaded the bowl with everything available. I got to choose six items. I was happy that the avocado and crab was not extra. Everything tasted great. I very much enjoyed the dining experience. I will return soon.Food: 5/5
