so we had booked a long weekend in the cultural hotel to live our high day and celebrate something. the house itself can be some affirmations (reception well, room well, breakfast walk so easy, but much of culture and service they do not seem to understand. at the beginning we had communicated the reason for our stay and asked for a beautiful early design of the corresponding art. by mail the message was given to me that everything is organized. for security I asked myself again in the evening at the reception, which there seemed not to be well informed. but the next morning my face was stoned. nothing was prepared, but nothing was prepared. very friendly reception, clean hotel and very good hygiene concept. in this context, for example, the division of the breakfast times, everywhere disinfectant dispenser etc. ignorant of course do not show any understanding. W-Lan without interruption and fast. and you get a bottle of grape juice as thank you for not having a room cleaning. this is very exemplary at Corona times and anyway ecological. who needs an intermediate cleaning or new hand towels at two nights. we wanted to eat the birthday of my friend there for the evening. Unfortunately, we were rejected as non-hotel guests when we were both vaccinated against corona. they simply close the restaurant for non-leeping guests. the offer of cozy restaurants in bad moskau is unfortunately bad. we had to celebrate the Italian in the GDR style. sad. edit: if they stick to the rules, the hotel can close. we are vaccinated so that we can go better and not so that we can be turned off. from where they want to know if other guests are healthy. Why do other restaurants open? somehow made too easy. that's not advertising. they should receive each guest as host. but we're so out of this.

the only advantage for this hotel is that it is located near the castle and park muskau. the room price of euro with breakfast is overpriced. the rooms are not special, bettenrost has made all the time noise. eat in restaurant, well, we are speechless. menu for eating on two sides and prices not comprehensible. for us only a unique story.

beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, very good eating and great sauna area with very good wellness applications. it was a very successful stay. also the environment was great. I'll be back!
