Gruyérien - Reserva de mesa

I found this restaurant on my way back to Italy. I was with my girlfriend and we wanted to try a pizza in this very nice village. We're Italian and At first we weren't so sure.We ordered a 4 stagioni and a Napoli. It was a surprise! Italian people know that you can eat the real pizza just in Italy but in Bulle you can eat a perfect pizza! Then we found out that the pizzaiolo was Italian.Well, you should go to Napoli and to Bulle if you want to eat an italian Pizza!!

Greeted by welcoming staff who found us a table despite it being a bank holiday with everyone out for food! Our meals were superb, service was good. Unfortunately, on one of the hottest days, we were too late to eat outside so recommend booking early in future. We didn't have pizzas but they looked superb!

I am frankly surprised by the enthusiasm expressed in the majority of comments. The service is really not terrible, too slow and antipathic employees.As I complained about my dessert (to avoid absolutely ) the server laugh quietly. Pizzas were good but clearly too expensive.What a disappointment.

located in the city center, fairly easy access by car. tasted as pizza, very fine paste and enough to eat. small flat, it is very hot inside because of the pizza oven and no air conditioning. There are many fans but that is not enough. possibility to eat on the terrace. friendly staff Reserva una mesa ahora

meal and map correct quality price. dishes are of good quality. but the big negative point of this restaurant and the staff. cold, not smiling and impatient!! This really breaks the image of this restaurant! Too bad because the potential is here!

Been to this place twice when I lived/studied in Bulle. I had shrimp risotto, which was actually not that bad. The decoration is very unusual, and they also had a cute terrace during spring/summer.

I took a Neapoli pizza. well cooked but I found the anchovies too salted. A pleasant service fast and smiling. nice setting with high tables. very clean restaurant. in the correct set.

My friend and I ordered salads! 1h10 to receive them! There are certain servers that should buy a smile! It was really not great! Reserva una mesa ahora

I keep staying in Bulle 6x a year and Le Gruyerien is my favorite location - I love pizza and they make it really good!

staff at the taquet, excellent pizzas, the best bubbles, a beautiful wine map. short report - high price excellent.
