simply one of the best hotel experiences of my life. I'll never forget room 527. in the 5th floor, at the corner, stunning view of the mountains on both sides. the personal of the hotel is simply amazing. everything from spa to club (there is an internal nightclub) is at the highest level. I came in summer, but I look forward to the return in winter. it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life. it was my first time in gstaad; there will be much more.
more beautiful place not many people. the food and the drinks were good for me. the service is okay. I rented a pingpong bat, but unfortunately we can only play a game. because the workers of the hotel are playing with his friends and drank! somehow for 5 stars hotel should not happen this case maybe this day is not so busy for them!
A nice, well-kept and clean hotel. The staff very helpful and very friendly. Also ideal for guests with a lactose or gluten allergy. The very tasty food was accompanied by great service. The breakfast is really great. Centrally located in Gstaad with the hotel's own garage. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
