We went a few weeks ago for afternoon as we had a voucher to use. I found the booking process a bit difficult at the start as I emailed them online requesting the booking and had to chase it to get it sorted. They then emailed me back asking of any allergies etc and we asked for no cheese sandwiches but when we got the afternoon tea cheese sandwiches were on the plates. We did find the food really really good though, very nice and lots of it. Had to take some home! Would definitely recommend it. We will go back and try other items as they had a great list of food on the menu if you didn't want afternoon tea. Fantastic place I would go give it a try!
Dropped in for lunch after passing it earlier and seeing it looked welcoming, could fit the 7 of us, and would feed my (voracious but fussy) nephews well. They made us fresh coffee, proper leaf tea, and then some absolutely superb food (the savoury scone and the quiche especially). The service was excellent, the staff made time to engage with the kids as well as cater for everything the adults needed, despite being busy. The only faults were a surprisingly low bill, and getting food-envy of everyone who was able to stay as we left!
Went for an afternoon festive tea my daughters birthday. It was spectacular, very tasty and beautifully presented. Beautif scones and imaginative festive cakes/ treats. Two of us are vegetarian and our option was exceedingly tasty. We had Christmas crackers, a choice of a hot drink and a jug of water. So much food we were able to take some home in a doggy bag . Attentive, friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend this tea shop and visit again.
My inlaws and I had a lovely time visiting G Tea. The selection was really tasty, I managed to take a few bits home to my better half too. I just had English tea, which they refilled the pot for, but there was tons of choice. The place is very small so it did get a bit much when a large table arrived and the ladies began talking over each other to be heard (which is nothing to do with the cafe of course), but until then it was really pleasant.

Dropped in for afternoon tea with the family while visiting Worcestor for the day. We all had different types of food (sandwiches, cold and toasted, cream tea, salad, etc) and struggle to pick the best, they were all great. The range of tea on offer was, as implied by the name, excellent, and also all very good. Prices were very reasonable, and the service was excellent, with people taking time to tell stories to the kids in the group!
We picked Worcester to meet up with friends and looked on Tripadvisor for a suitable sandwich lunch stop. We LOVED this little independent cafe, with its old fashioned china. Between us all we had a posh ploughman’s, a toasted Brie and cranberry sandwich, homemade tomato soup and coronation chicken sandwich and it was all amazing. The tea is loose leaf and excellent. Lovely friendly staff all served in a homely atmosphere.
On a chilly day my husband and I stopped by, hoping for soup and we hit the jackpot! A creamy vegetable soup that hit the spot. Instead of bread, we each got a half a sandwich which was a perfect amount. This tea shop is cozy, friendly and welcoming.
What a find.A great place for lunch or afternoon tea, proper tea! The cakes were fresh, home made and very tasty. They were full but the service was very friendly and hardly any delay in serving.Highly recommend

All cakes and scones cooked on the premises and you can taste the difference. Superb service and delicious. Down the bottom end of friar street near to vue cinema and Nando’s
Very nice,although a little disppointed with sandwiches.Not to my taste. Asked for a glass of tap water but never received it.
