The lack of water refills following the initial pitcher was disappointing. The service provided by the employees needs to be reviewed by management, and training should be provided on how to properly greet and attend to customers. For example, a simple greeting like "Hi, we will be with you in a moment" can go a long way to show attentiveness. The employees should also check on neighboring tables to see if anything is needed.
It seems like there may be a lack of management oversight at this establishment, as we had to request water glasses and utensils. Management needs to urgently review and improve the operation from top to bottom.
Guacamole y tequila is more like tasteless guacamole and no tequila. This restaurant is great at wasting your time. After being seated, we waited for 30 minutes before someone even asked if we wanted a drink, not even food. After ordering, we waited another 40 minutes for our entrees to arrive, while some patrons were leaving due to long wait times. We should have taken that as a sign to leave too. We waited for our dishes to arrive, but they never did. After an hour and a half and a $60 bill for mediocre food and bland drinks, my girlfriend and I decided to leave. Unless you have 36 hours in a day, do yourself a favor and stay away.
As a loyal customer who frequents Guacamole and Tequila every week to enjoy their delicious Maxicain, I want to praise the exceptional service and cuisine we experience during each visit. Last night, my party dined at the Magog location and were served by Alex. Despite being the only server for nearly 30 customers, we were incredibly well taken care of with a smile, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Alex is truly incredible! A big congratulations to the entire team - keep up the fantastic work, we adore you!
food was .... deceiving from start to end.starters were a good introduction of what would follow.we had flexibowls as main. but for what it tastes like, the small bowl seems totally OVERPRICEDwe skipped deserts.beer was lukewarm and without any bubbles.but at least we were on the terrace, and managed to get a table without any booking.we waited reasonably

I placed a $130 food order through DoorDash, but it was cancelled after being an hour and a half late due to the driver's inability to reach my home. I was unable to communicate with the driver in English or French. When trying to contact the restaurant by phone, the call went directly to voicemail, which was full, preventing me from leaving a message.
Service was slow, I expected more from their ceviche, it was blend. The main plat was ok, nothing that would make me come back.They need to change their broken glasses and pots. Serving a drink in a broken glass and giving humid napkins is really not a place to go back.Vegetarian options: You pay more for them
Guacamole y Tequila offers an exceptional experience: a very welcoming atmosphere, quality service, and delicious dishes. The place also has a beautiful large terrace, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. It is truly a place where you can savor excellent cuisine while having a pleasant time.
The food was tasty, but the wait was never-ending! We waited for one hour between the appetizers and the main course, and some in our party had to wait even longer for their dishes to arrive. The service was disappointing.

Amazing short experience in Magog. Excellent food, cochinita pibil with jackfruit, full house but 2 waitresses handled it just easily. Thank you, will come back.
