Guarapo Tropical

We popped into here off the cuff for lunch. We were greeted warmly and given as much time as we needed to peruse the menu. Our server, Luis, was very friendly and approachable. Think he appreciated my very Mancunian attempt at speaking Spanish! We had the garlic bread and 4 cheese pizza to share. Our server asked if we were sharing so they actually brought the pizza out on two separate plates which I thought was a nice touch as it saved us separating it! It arrived quickly and was tasty. We had a couple of drinks too which were reasonably priced. Lovely sea view if you sit under the canopy (we chose to sit here to get some shade! .

Excellent food !!!! Excellent staff !!! And a Excellent atmosphere in this restaurant with seats overlooking the sea near the windows , entertainment on most nights , we watched the flamenco show , Elvis and the lovely old gent who sings in between in such a relaxing entertains way , all were great . Food is excellence , reasonably priced and as a fresh as you can get , generous portions washed down with good measures and great priced drinks . The small bar for sports tv , and a outside day terrace is opposite the restaurant which is nice and relaxed during the day .

This is the third visit to this restaurant (2 in February) and the food has been delicious, the service is so efficient. Every waiter clears the tables as they pass to the kitchen. No waiter clears just their quarter. This is team work by all the staff. We watched them work and have never seen this in any restaurant anywhere. Keep it up Guarapo. Excellent.

Great Atmosphere and Good Food. Pasta and Salad main courses really good. Big portions. 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 cocktails and 2 large beers circa €65.00
