If you enjoy seafood and are open to trying Ecuadorian coastal cuisine, this is the spot for you! My personal favorite is the encebollado de pescado, but today I had the chance to try the Bandera El Guayaco for the first time, which included encebollado, and it was incredibly delicious. Every dollar spent here is absolutely worth it!
Guayaco’s serves authentic Ecuadorian cuisine with outstanding service. I highly recommend trying the Encebollado Mixto from their menu—it’s full of rich flavors and comes in generous portions. The fried fish was also outstanding. I can’t wait to return and explore more dishes from Guayaco’s menu.
Guayaco's offers the best Ecuadorian food in Queens, hands down. It’s a must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic flavors. My favorite dish is the chivo—it’s absolutely perfect. Definitely 10/10, I’ll be coming back for sure!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding—exactly how I enjoy it. The restaurant was immaculate as well. I will definitely be returning to this place!
