I had an entirely different and wonderful experience at this restaurant. It's very family-friendly and spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The service was excellent, and the staff were fantastic. There's free parking available, and there’s a shop on-site where you can buy gifts and beer merchandise. They also offer tours, which I haven't experienced yet but plan to get tickets for soon. The only minor issue I encountered was that a few items I ordered for dessert were unavailable; they ended up bringing me half of what I had requested, as some fruit items were missing. Overall, though, it was a great visit!
We decided to visit this restaurant after our hiking plans at the nearby park fell through, and it turned out to be a great choice. We tried a fruit-flavored Guinness beer, which I enjoyed even though I'm not typically a beer drinker. The Old Bay wings were small but delicious, and we also had fries topped with a crab sauce and bits, which were fantastic. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. One thing to mention is that their service model is quite unique; despite having a large staff, you view the menu by scanning a barcode with your phone once you sit down at the table.
I had a fantastic experience at the only Guinness Brewery and Taproom in the U.S.! The property is quite extensive, featuring the Taproom, a production brewery, a beer garden, and barrel racking houses. I tried the Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, which I believe is the original beer produced by Guinness, and I was very happy with my choice. If you decide to have a meal, I highly recommend dining in the Taproom rather than the beer garden, as you'll want to have the full experience.
One of the best breweries in DMV. This place has plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. If you are a fan of Guinness, this is a perfect spot for you. There are a lot of parking spaces. I always go for the flight to taste a wide variety of beers. You can also sign up for a tour of the brewery to see how Guinness beers are made there, which was pretty interesting. 5/15/22 I have been to Guinness Brewery in Dublin and also Maryland. The Maryland Guinness Brewery has me wrapped around their finger and I keep coming back for more. The service is always above and beyond, the food is exceptional and the beer selection is off the charts. They have a wonderful gift shop where you can purchase beer to-go, coffee mugs, magnets, sweaters and everything in between. I?ve never had a bad experience and love their flights of beer. We celebrated Valentines Day here and it was a fun experience. The tour and tasting is definitely recommended . The atmosphere and staff is very fun and friendly. They have a beautiful outside area for the spring time. The food selection wasn?t as expected. Their menu changes daily so what we hoped to have wasn?t on the menu. The crab flat break didn?t have too much crab in it rather more cheese. The fries were delicious! Would certainly come back in the spring !
Literally one of the best places I've been to. The food was great, hearty, and filling. Which is good especially if you plan on drinking a bit. Their flights are definitely worth it. The employees were nice and very efficient at their jobs. The menu changes pretty regularly also so you might find something new each time you go. There is even a little shop inside to get souvenirs or possibly one of the beers they served there.
What a great time we had at NEW Years Day Brunch. The facility is impressive. The restaurant was bright, massive and well staffed with attentive attendants. The beer selection was inventive and delicious. I had a Blueberry Lime Pint that I loved. Our breakfast choices were both home runs. The Traditional Irish Breakfast and the Guinness Beef Stew. We've been here many times but went for a little Black Friday shopping and brunch. The deals were nice and selection was good. I picked up a mystery bag for $20. It had 2 shirts, a hat, a bottle opener, and sticker. Well worth the money. Brunch was also fabulous! Tried the gingerbread stout! Yum!
