Happy Cow won't let me rate this 5 stars since it's not a fully vegan restaurant, which is a bummer because as a vegan, I can't say enough good things about this place. Although not a vegan restaurant, they have amazing comprehensive plant-based options. I had their sweet specialty veg caramel apple crepe and savory vegan breakfast crepe the first time I went, and the Charles cheese vegan mac and cheese the second time. Holy macaroni, these were all amazing. I crave crepes always but don't have any great vegan crepe options near me, and I'm very picky with my vegan mac cheese as they're usually not very good. So glad we found this place- we actually ended up eating here twice in Salem!! Really great variety of vegan options from breakfast to lunch/dinner to dessert. All the staff members were super cool people too which made for a great experience

I was pleasantly surprised at how many options there were and that they offer vegan crepes! I got the beyond melt, with beyond burger, vegan cheeze, pickled jalapenos and onions. It felt a little overpriced at $15, though.

their vegan cozy crepes were delicious! I wish I could have them where I live! also got the breakfast sandwich on a bagel and it was good, but it wasn't as good as the crepes!

We loved our breakfast here the vegan breakfast sandwich and parfait. So many vegan options!
