One of a lovely place after spending a full day exploring Paris. Actually, we didn't need more than a cozy place to rest our legs, but the caption "Food for the soul" on their menu attack our eyes, finally each of us had a plate of tasty chicken and waffles. Recommend for people who want some easy and comfort dinner. Unplanned and Unexpected!! however,the meal at Gumbo Yaya is one of my best memory about Paris Summer.
Small joint but very good food!Right next to Colonel Fabien station (Metro line 2), you'll find this amazing fried chicken place. You can get there chicken burgers, waffle made chicken sandwiches, salads etc... They have a great variety of sauces too!Staff is really nice and welcoming and the restaurant is very comfortable...Enjoy!
best south-fried chicken in paris and very affordable. Service staff are friendly and very welcoming. eating is of excellent quality and good tasting. menu is limited to fried chicken, chickenburger and chicken waffel burger, but I think the fact that they limit their menu means that they can focus on the dishes they do best.
The food (waffle burgers for us) was really very satisfying. Decoration and feel of the place were great as well. Too bad the service was really slooooow. Waiters were very nice though. I was surprised at the quality of the chicken! Super tender!!! and crispy outside on... Guffs are excellent too! The price varies around 13€ and it is worth it. It was very good and we had a good time... Fries were medium but otherwise it was really good Restaurant to discover!
The food is incredible and the staff too! I came about twenty minutes before closing and they still served me. This place is a hidden gem in town and you will not regret spending your money here. Food, service and atmosphere are just so good.
The waiters are nice but the serving speed is very slow. It took 1hr between we stepped inside the restaurant and they served the meal. Love the waffles very much! And the chicken is very nice, but a bit too oily for me.
This is a tiny place in the 10th that serves chicken & waffles, burgers, and fries. It was packed when I went, but the service was great, I didn't have to wait long to eat, and everything was delicious! Reserva una mesa ahora
A great little place, with really good fried chicken and waffles! The menu is simple to keep the food good and it has a very cozy atmosphere that allows you to get to know your neighbors.
