Der langsamste Wanderweg führte uns zu dieser schönen Alpe.In der Gundalpe wurden wir sehr Freundlich empfangen, dort nahmen zuerst im Aussenbereich Platz.Die Bedienung nahm unsere Bestellung auf und brachte zügig unsere 17 Getränke, verschwand dann, nach dem jeder sein Getränk hatte wieder in der Hütte, um dann mit einem Schnaps für jeden von uns aufzutauchen ( und diese sogar frei Haus !)Dies und vor allem auch die lockere Atmosphäre mit der Bedienung, der Chefin und anderen Gästen, ließ uns die Entscheidung nicht schwer fallen dort auch etwas zu Essen.Wir wurden dann im sogenannten "Stall" untergebracht, ein großer Raum der mit liebevollen Details geschmückt war.Die Bedienung bot dann zwei Gerichte an (ein veggie und ein "normales") , was für eine Gruppe von 17 Personen die ohne Reservierung dort einmarschiert wirklich in Ordnung ist.Das Essen kam dann auch fix, es wurde reichlich Nachschlag geliefert.Zum Abschluss gab es dann nochmals einen Schnaps.Selbst die Chefin hat dort mit uns angestoßen.Alles in allem ist diese Hütte wirklich zu Empfehlen!Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team dort.
Gundalpe is a well established almose that we have visited for over 20 years. the almose changed the hands about three years ago, but the new owners have expanded the facilities and maintained the high standards of food and service. the gulash soup is delicious! gundalpe is. the whole year open and a pretty hike from the village. But the sessellift runs in summer and very pleasant walks lead back to the valley.
Gundalpe is a well established alm that we have visited for over 20 years. The alm changed hands about three years ago, but the new owners have extended the facilities and maintained the high standards of food and service. The Gulashsuppe is delicious! Gundalpe is open all year and quite a trek up from the village. But the chairlift runs in summer and very pleasant walks lead back down to the valley.
