The TK shrimps (all used) were unfortunately completely neutral. We roast the TK shrimp Italian with garlic. So they lose the water and get some taste. They are then extinguished with white wine and the garlic is removed. Then the sauce is prepared. Thanks to the decoration of parsley and red pepper there was still some taste in the dish. Everything was very pretty. For another star. I had a premitivo pink. Unfortunately, this has stopped on our way from Apulia in northern Italy. There it was cut and filled. Unfortunately, he lost his own fruity note. Then I wanted a good brandy or cognac, not bad. Alternative was recommended to me a wide range of Grappa.
