Guneet's Indian In Melton

We were in search of authentic vegetarian Punjabi cuisine in the northern suburbs and stumbled upon Guneet's Place through Google. We ordered the vegetarian soya chaap Punjabi curry with tandoori roti, and the vegetarian Punjabi biryani. The food was fresh, served hot, and absolutely delicious. It took about 20 minutes for our food to arrive, which is quite reasonable for a Friday night! The tandoori roti could have been improved, as its size was smaller compared to other places we've tried. The portion for the curry was generous, and the Punjabi biryani, which was more like a veggie pulao, came with raita. Overall, everything was quite satisfying. first concerned about the chiliallergy of my partner, we were assured that there was a court she could eat – and, oh, god, we were glad that we stayed. one of the best meals we had, none of us could remember eating better in any other Indian restaurant in our lives. we will definitely be back, just a scandal that we will not manage to take one of the kitchen or waiting stuff with us - such a team, so fantastic service and eat.

Amazing food.. we went with their catering option for a bday party and they had a staff member here with the chafing dishes... food was great and hot... good variety of options and theu catered for kids non spicy options) and adults just the right spiciness)... the afghan chicken entree and the chicken saagwaala was an absolute highlight!! Highly recommended!!

Absolutely amazing! The food is full of flavours, great presentation and tastes so good.we ordered bunch of items. all tasted fabulous. The servers were so kind , friendly and helpful. Lovely people serving lovely food! You always think the food is not enough boy, oh, boy would you be wrong! Delicious and tasty, Guneet is definitely not one to judge. Cannot wait to be hungry and come back here again!
