I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The main dishes are priced around £9-£10 per person, with side dishes costing around £5 each. The peshwari naan and ghurka chicken were standout dishes, but everything else we tried was delicious as well. The service was exceptional, although parking can be a bit of a challenge due to the restaurant's location on a busy high street. However, there are unrestricted side roads nearby after 6.30pm. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we visited, so some background music could help improve the ambiance. This ranks as one of the best curries I’ve ever had! The service was faultless, and the food was described in mouthwatering detail, matched only by the flavours and presentation – just right! We had another amazing meal at Gurkha square last night. The food and service as always were excellent and we ordered from the Wednesday night banquet menu which is fantastic value. This was our first impromptu visit to Gurkha Square. The food was prepared with love and freshness, felt like eating at home. We tried a few dishes but our favourite was the sherpa lamb and the soft garlic naan. Hospitality was top notch and a special mention to the Manager, Gyanu. We will visit again!!!
I highly recommend visiting this restaurant! The food is fresh and delicious, the customer service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The flavors are fantastic and not greasy like some other places. I definitely recommend checking it out!
