Love the food in this Indian Restaurant which we have used for a number of years now. The staff are always very welcoming. It 's shame however to see some standards slipping in our favourite eating place. The large restaurant was fairly busy on New Years Eve although hardly bustling in fact it seemed like any other night of the year. We 'd like to have seen a little more effort in view of the occassion. The droopy, sad Christmas decs which had seen better days didn 't help or indeed the bar man who served drinks it his parka coat. I have visited this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed the food and the staff. However, the service was poor tonight. It was not very busy, except for the constant flow of takeaway delivery drivers coming in and out. It took about 20 minutes to receive our drinks when we arrived, and dinner took 45 minutes to come out. Some of us ordered desserts, so we ordered 2 drinks and a coffee for those who did not want dessert. The desserts, which were frozen ice creams, took an additional 20 minutes to arrive. When I politely informed the waiter that we were still waiting on 2 drinks and a coffee so we could all finish around the same time, he bluntly pointed to the bar and said, "he's doi...
Service was very good, The restaurant is spacious you are not packed in like sardines like some places, the food in general was good but not exceptional, price wise it was very good, would we go back yes but not on a regular basis, the restaurant is a 10 15 minute walk from the station with pubs situated about halfway or there is parking right next to it, over all we had a nice evening.
Best takeaway in Chatham! First time I ordered from here and certainly won’t be the last. I had the chicken shashlik with a masala sauce and it was delicious. Keema naan was also very good. Good portion sizes for the price. Would definitely recommend. Only disappointment was the mango chutney was very watery, other than that a great takeaway.

I highly recommend this restaurant for their exceptional staff, table setup, delicious food, and generous portions. The plates also come pre-warmed, adding to the overall excellent dining experience. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable meal.

Best curry around! Always come back to Ghurka Brothers. Amazing flavours. My go to most Saturdays for a take away. Reasonably priced also.
The food was absolutely horrible, despite being an hour late. It is shocking that this place is allowed to serve such low-quality food.

Excellent tasty and varied food, great atmosphere, lovely staff, generous portions. Will definitely return and enjoy again.
Lovely curry nice and hot and flavoursome just a shame the poppadoms didn’t arrive with the curry. Still waiting
