Gus Apos; Steak Pizza House

I'm gonna try not to sound like a Karen-Lol. I'll be blunt as ever, this place must get it together! your food was incredible, it was from this world! the sections on the teller of my wife, not to mention the mountain of nachos I received made us very happy. but wait 2 hours for her to eat is simply not cool! but my eating was though). her eating was fantastic hot and very tasty. but as I said, 2 hours for the best eating in the world are waiting for 2 hours! two waitresses for about 20-30 people are not to mention that of them has broken off? these poor girls ran like chicken with their heads cut off. but then again they stopped to make time to check facebook or something on their handy, so...

Table of 10, consisting of 6 kids and 4 adults. They were understaffed, completely disorganized, and a bunch of crooks, an hour and half wait, attitude from the servers, etc. we were nervous about the experience seeing one family sitting in the lounge while the servers were attending to the lounge, and the look of boredom they had on their faces, told a story we should have listened to. we should have gone to Montana’s, we would have gotten better bang for our $200.00, for 4- 12” pizza and 3 pitchers of Pepsi.

Oh just trash. Staff was very inexperienced, food took over 1.5 hours, and when it was arrived it was garbage. I actually didn’t even get my food cause they didn’t put my order in haha. If you’re in brooks go anywhere but gus’ it’s 100% dog shiet. If you want your lettuce swimming in dressing for your chicken Cesar come here. Oh ya and they might not have enough money to pay you out on the vlts fyi

Family lunch was a little awkward due to other people and ill leave it there but so much I could say here. food was really good. Though orders were confusing as no details listed. When you order a normal item you expect that normal item and sometimes you are surprised when it eventually arrives Reserva una mesa ahora

that eating is in the regular good some of the workers are a bit rude and I have seen that workers in verbal fight with customers before, but still my going to be out for a meal. also best gin and coke in brooks.

when they wait like 3 hours for their food...than go there...we finally got our food and just stop eating or force it down .waiter goes up and says .we close in 5 minutes. how tedious to say!

The french onion soup was very tasty, I had the club sandwich, which was good. My daughter had the seafood alfredo which was a little light on the sauce,

a rare steak was brought us flat thin and dry also ordered ripening on a bone rib had no bone wings fries and mushrooms where good, also far overpriced Reserva una mesa ahora

The pizza was awesome! Our server was friendly and attentive as well. Everything was clean, and the service times were decent.
