in the evening of the @gustavgruendortmunds there were today the “garden” (canceral nut hummus, cauliflower with curcuma, gurken, cirschmaten, mais, yogurt mint sauce) and vegan schiwarma and brot. next to the “homemaster” (avocado hummus, tomatoen, mais, yoghurt-mine once. all (three) dishes were super delicious! absolutely recommended!

The stuff they sell is really tasty and invites to try endless combinations of ingredients for your sandwich. On the other hand, the concept needs some considering and explaining which sometimes seems a bit exhausting. Worth it anyway!!!

Gustav Grün serves Boxes an Wraps for which you can choose the incredients between falafel, shawarma, kebap and wedges. Also different types of hummus, vegetables and salats. Doesn't matter what you choose, it is always very tasty!

You can choose from roll or box and also super many choices for toppings and salads. All right. Restaurant is almost completely vegan, only the white cheese and the honey sauce are vegetarian.
