When we arrived, the table was neither set nor cleaned. When ordering food, unfortunately we waited at least 30 minutes for the drinks and not all drinks were received. Food came 1 hour after ordering and the next table and delivery service were preferred even though they came or ordered later. Food itself is ok. A single waiter was unfortunately responsible for everything and was extremely overwhelmed. We wanted to take the rest of the food with us and were given the wrong pizzas from the next table. People were filmed in the restaurant and there were no signs with information about it
We were looking forward to a nice evening again the restaurant was very well attended. Unfortunately, the main focus now seems to be on delivery services. Deliveries are constantly being carried across the restaurant, people picking them up are waiting in line in front of the counter. The business model should be reconsidered. This means that on site guests have to wait too long. If guests leave the restaurant without eating after waiting too long, that is not good advertising. The usual grappa/espresso is only available to selected guests. It's a shame...
Unpleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, I was in this restaurant as part of a company event. When I dared after 20 minutes. Asking the innkeeper to take the first drink order was the end of the evening for me. I was treated extremely disparagingly the rest of the time. To the point that the landlord wanted to force me to drink a grappa against my will, which he had brought in an espresso cup without being asked. That was an extremely unpleasant evening. Never again and not recommended!!
