A very nice discovery and culinary experience. For me, who follows Italian and who has just returned from vacation, I was delighted to be able to find this Italian atmosphere in this restaurant and in the dishes they offer. I gave 4 stars because as explained to the very friendly waiter, there are a few things to improve but overall it's perfect. And when it comes to price, it's okay, I just find a bottle of water and two spritzes for 30. too expensive.... Perhaps worth seeing again, especially since I work in the restaurant business and I know the purchase prices of drinks we're going to to come back

I cannot recommend this restaurant. I have never eaten so badly in my life. We had different dishes and both tasted the same. I think in a town where there are tourists you should try harder. Making stupid jokes just because you don't understand the language is not the case clever. You don't know what kind of guests are sitting at the table. They could also be restaurant critics/testers. Magnificent experience with the Giro d'Italia, where they make 1x per month a discovery by region of Italy. We were Puglia and it was just great down to the little detail, the music ! Each dish has its own wine and like that until dessert. Not to mention the explanations of the wines. Top to do again, that's obvious. Very nice restaurant, very professional, friendly and well-trained staff. True Italian cuisine in the Valais. Each course was taken care of down to the smallest detail, the flavors were extremely balanced and the ingredients very fresh. Excellent wine list. My husband and I spent an exceptional evening, a warm welcome rarely found in Valais. Exquisite meal absolutely excellent you can go there with your eyes closed however it is better to book. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
