Today I have had the opportunity to play the golf course Gut Heckenhof. From the beginning with booking tee time to the end with Restaurants it was all in one perfect. Surprisingly we found the very modern clubhouse in a relatively remote small village area. The facility quality is very much at international high level. Personal and service were just great. The three 9 hole courses are kind of combination of park and hill styles, therefore good for everyone, young or old, with trolley or e cart. Due to the generous size, most of fairways are wide and long. Good green keeping and perfect maintenance of greens. Very nice, landscaped and well-maintained facility. The rooms were very modern and very clean. The mattress is a little too hard, but for a night okay. Minibar is also missing from the room. The breakfast and also the buffet in the evening were very rich and tasty.Everything on the facility (additional green fees, range balls, drinks. ... is booked on the room card and paid on departure.The hygiene fee for the stay of 9,90 € per person, I find a bit high for one night.Small suggestion: Congratulations to birthday guests on arrival or departure costs no money; .
Great golf resort with a lot of potential up. We stayed in August 2021 with a small group. Here our conclusion:Rooms typopp, 5 starsThe atmosphere in the restaurant reminds of a bad 3 star hotel in Egypt .Fruit processing: 2 stars.Buffet in the evening: 2 stars for 35€ we expect better quality and more choice.Our group was given the feeling that one is only interested in our money, but not good service. Staff haven't found his professional passion yet.
