Although no a fan of the usual nachos and tacos, I recently saw the TV Series "For the Love of Meat"by Matthew Evans. What a great doco but also big congrats to Guzman y Gomez for taking the leap to use only certified organic chicken in their burrittos. Keen to support businesses like this, I gave it a try and used the great deal via their app too. Def worth it and soooo good. Have now been back several times for my fav chicken burritto and highly recommend this franchise. I will be looking out for it in future.
I have been to about 10 different Guzman y Gomez and have enjoyed most of them and at each one tried everything on the menu. This one we got a free burrito for signing up online which was so quick and the women behind the counter was very happy and jolly which made it a pleasure to eat here.....it was also sooo quick, so to be honest can't fault it! Would go again to world square.
Went to world square branch. Ordered a vegetarian burrito and they forgot to put the black beans and the guacamole in. I was left with 50% rice 50% vegetables. Customer service is terrible they don't care. Go to MAD MEX, they make the food in front of you so you can see what they put in.
Ordered two Burritos, both without tomato and got tomato on both. The burrito was filled mostly with rice and had barely any taste. Chicken wasn't completely cooked and a little pink. Very disappointed. Will be sticking to Guzman inside Westfield when I'm in the area.

Four work colleagues had lunch - we each got a different meal and each was fantastic - full flavour and great value for lunch in the city. The venue was tucked away and seating was perfect along with the flame heaters kept us all warm!
Really love the various spicy level that is available. Fits my family and me perfectly (all with different level of tolerance) Also, having these sauces as separate sauces makes it better addition to the dishes chosen.

I would describe he restaurant as a hole in the wall cafe, as in its a smaller restaurant with not a lot of seating.
I ordered my usual mini spicy pulled port burrito. There was hardly any pork, maybe 3 bites worth.... the tomato was frozen too. Very disappointed
