love eating here. order from the app in the parking lot, then went inside and fetched my order within 5 minutes after ordering. even then I was apologised by the server for waiting. (all unnecessary) I wish other "breakfast food" shops were so well run.

I ordered beef nachos and it took over 25 minutes. I went up to the staff and asked kindly if the food would nearly be ready and I was ignored. Very rude customer service. Disappointed.
