My first time there was for drinks and dancing and the bartender was very nice but was very busy so the drinks were hard to come by. This was my second time eating at the GW Grill. I went for Mother's Day and although the restaurant was not by any means busy the service was awful. They seemed to be bothered that we were there and they never checked on us for a second drink while even getting my first drink wrong. I thought I would give it another try, we went for dinner and it took minutes before someone came to us to ask if anyone had taken our drink order. I visited the GW Grill for the first time for drinks and dancing. The bartender was friendly but very busy, making it difficult to get drinks. On my second visit for Mother's Day, the service was terrible despite the restaurant not being busy. They seemed annoyed by our presence and never checked on us for refills. My food took a long time to arrive and the drinks were scarce. Even though we were staying for an evening event, we chose to pay our bill early and get our own drinks. The server was unhappy with our low tip and confronted us about it. Getting drinks at the bar was also a challenge. I was there two weeks ago for a dancing event Friday and thought it would be nice for Mother's Day Brunch. The bar could use another person assisting the bartender. I made reservations for Mother's Day and went on an off hour. The facility was not full... yet we waited forever for drinks and for food. We were there early and the facility had already run out of a very basic Gilled Veggie wrap. We did not have as many drinks because it seemed we were being a bother to get assistance. The food was very good and would like to return to see if we went on an off day.

We waited over 20 minutes to be served a drink at the bar due to the bartenders changing shifts. Despite only two occupied tables in the dining room, it took an additional 20 minutes before our order was taken. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, mine was served cold (or room temperature). I don't know how to review the restaurant. We tried to request two different dishes from the menu and was told each time no, we don't have that. Rather than request a third and be disappointed we went elsewhere. I would try this restaurant again on another evening, hoping for a better outcome. Maybe just an off night?

Was able to get reservation for the time our group of 8 wanted. We felt the 2 tables that were put together were not large enough to sit comfortably. Adrian our server quickly fixed the problem.
