My friend showed me this place awhile back and ever since we've come to study and do school work every Monday. It's a great calm environment. Very small but it's usually never extremely busy sitting inside. However because of this, when groups do come in it can be very hard to drown them out and work. The staff are extremely kind and do their best and the coffee is generally very good! As a college student this has been my favorite place to go and study or even just read and relax.
Was downtown with my daughters and neice-in-law doing pictures for prom. Had no idea about this coffee spot! My daughter suggested it. To tell you the truth as soon as I walked in I was impressed. It was the cutest little cozy spot!! Love the furniture and the atmosphere! The guy that took our order was so down to Earth and real. He told us the history of it being his family's business. There was so much on the menu to choose from. The coffee was amazing!
This café was absolutely adorable! During our visit to see extended family in North Carolina, we decided to stop in for some coffee and were charmed by the peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The barista was friendly and made our drinks promptly. There was a wide selection of flavor shots to choose from, and we really enjoyed sitting in the window nook while sipping our drinks. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I’m in the area!
I feel like this coffee shop is severely under recognized. Ambiance is great. It's cute, quiet, and a great place to sit down on a Saturday morning to enjoy some coffee and read a book. The service is perfect. Each time I've been in, the staff has a very warm welcoming and bright smile. This was my first visit at Gypsy Bean but it will not be my last! It’s a very cute and local coffee shop. I ordered a 16oz iced coffee off their specialty menu and it was amazing! They have free WiFi which makes it a great place to work or study. The shop was clean, cozy, and the barista was very kind! Highly recommend Gypsy Bean for a coffee on the go or, a quiet study spot!
Cool little simple coffee shop, not much going on other than some good java and a great hot chocolate for my son. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. My double espresso shot seemed a bit small but had plenty of flavor and not bitter.
Fabulous little place for great coffee and fun flavor combinations. The treats are really rich and tasty. The barista was super charming and sweet. If ever back in this town I would 100% stop back in for coffee!
