We chose the Hokkaido experience, which was a fantastic value at $50 per person. Our server, Kat, provided exceptional service—she was friendly and consistently attentive. The food met our expectations, delivering the same delicious flavors we remembered from previous visits, especially since we cooked it ourselves. I do wish the spicy lamb were a permanent menu item! The restaurant was a bit noisy, filled with families with young kids, so it wasn't quite the romantic evening we had anticipated. However, we were seated in a curtained booth towards the back, which offered some privacy. Overall, it was a lot of fun, and we look forward to coming back for special occasions!
The food is excellent. The staff is very nice and helpful. The ambience is warm and cheerful. Unfortunately we were very tired after a long flight and we found the place to be a little bit too noisy, but overall we were very satisfied with our dinner.
My experience was fantastic; this is the best Japanese BBQ restaurant I've ever visited. I loved the unique concept of cooking the meat yourself. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I'm thinking about returning for my birthday!

I've usually enjoyed great service and delicious food here, but this time the service was slow, and the bartender seemed unsure about how to make drinks. On the bright side, the food was just as good as always.
We used to love the place and celebrated birthdays, they were great. This time not so special, but the food was great. For a while we were disappointed but now, it is great food-choices again.
Consistently great service and quality food. You can't go wrong with any of the menu items I love to try new things whenever I'm there. Recently tried the tuna volcano which I loved!
Delicious food and great service. The Double for 2 people is a good value, too. For 3 people, we order 1 double order and a single bbq order.
