We came into the restaurant at 8:50pm and weren't seated right away. Took about 5 minutes until someone sat us. After sitting down, not one server acknowledged we even sat down. A party came in after us and they were attended to right away. The partythat was served after us wasn't far and their server wasn't displaying any sense of urgency and lazily walking around. Similarlyto most other servers at the time. When one other server noticed we weren't attended to he came up to us to try to help us sinceno one else wanted to help us; this was already 20 minutes after we sat down. When he came back to take our order he kindlyinformed us that they couldn't serve almost the entirety of what we wan...
I did not end up eating at this restaurant because the service was so poor. I left shortly after being seated. The hostess seemed scatterbrained and answered a phone call right after greeting us, telling the person on the phone that there was no wait. When she finally returned to us, she informed us of a 5-minute wait, which turned into 10 minutes before we were seated. She then handed us menus, only to later tell us they were incorrect. No one came to take our drink order. If you value good customer service, especially when paying high prices, I would suggest avoiding this restaurant. You may have a better experience waiting for a table at Kura next door.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Had a terrible experience, been wait at the door for seating while nobody ahead of us and all the tables are empty. We finally got seated after 10 minutes then we waited for 20 minutes and no server came up to ourtable. The server in our section just walked pass our table then served the table that came after us. Then other server tookover our table, then told us because they’re closing so we couldn’t do their menu for the AYCE. He went check with themanager and then we still got NO. We ended up with leaving the restaurant but wasted half an hour seating there, no water andnothing.
My wife intentionally left no tip on the merchant copy because the initial check came out 134 but they actually charged 158 on the card without explaining anything, so we assumed they included gratitude already. (we didn't order anything else after we got the check. Today we checked the card statements, found out they charged $25 tip so the total came out $183.45 on her credit card statement. I'm disputing this charge anyway but look out your bill/check as they manipulate the tip amount. For sure I'm not returning back.

The combos make it easy to order if your unsure of what to get. The waiter's do bring your dishes separately, by courses (which is great for me and people who take time enjoying their food). My favorite dishes were the gyu kaku salad and pork belly There was a short seating wait time. Though overall i enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. *Price is for a combo for 2

This is a great happy hour spot. The food comes out very quickly and taste delicious. The tofu nuggets are definitely something worth trying. Our server, Savannah, was very nice and quick to offer suggestions when requested. The plaza the restaurant is in has parking but be warned if you come in the evening it can get crowded.

The service at this restaurant was excellent! Megan was amazing as our server. She was very kind and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. I highly recommend requesting her if you dine here. 5 stars all around.
