I decided to pick this restaurant for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner because my friend said it was the best of the best. I am so glad I went with her recommendation! This was the first time either of us went to a grill-your-own restaurant, and it was such a fun experience. Our server gave us the option of getting an assortment of meats since we weren’t sure of what to start with. I think this was perfect because we got to try items we might not have chosen. Everything was extremely delicious, and we ended up eating more than we thought we could! If I had to choose, I would recommend the prime steak, the sausage, and the briskets. All you can eat. You can choose between a dinner or a lunch menu, the difference is the number of options, diversity of food and of course the price, dessert is included in both. Just ask the waitresses which meat and sides you want. The meat and veggiescome raw for you to cook in the grill, that is in the middle of the special table, and you can choose how well you want it tobe. And by the way it's really easy and fun. We tried everything from the lunch menu and for dessert, we could only get onepopsicle each, we chose the mango and purple flavours. Everything was great.The waiting time for your order is tiny and thewaitresses do a good job. So yeah, the waitresses definitely did a good job...

I need to get a lot of pre-Covid here. service was top animal, eating was amazing, atmosphere was beautiful. I don't know what happened, but it's not the same. food is still excellent, but the service / management is in my opinion. the long waiting times are expected, but in all the years I'm here, I never had a 45 min- 1hr long waiting period waiting for 2.5 almost 3 hours while still waiting on the waiting list! gyubee will always be my favorite place in toronto to dinate, but I would lie if I said this place has changed all the better. because I don't miss the old gyubee

I've lived in Toronto for 18 years and have never truly came across a jbbq place like Gyubee. The meat has quality and is always fresh, and the service is instantaneous. The only issue is the wait time, but it makes sense that people are waiting 2 hours to go to a restaurant like this. I'm so excited for my next visit! We came here a few weeks ago for my friend?s birthday celebration. The place is fun when you come with few people. You need patience to cook you own food. I am not a fan of these type places but this restaurant was over all good, there was a bit ofmiscommunication with the wait staff but the girls were very nice.

First time coming in, great staff and such a great service. Took care of us and had great recommendations given to us by the staff. I loved the sauce and the combination with garlic and lettuce by the way. Would definitely recommend this place and price was not bad at all! Very worth it :D

Just to clarify, the Scarborough location is excellent with excellent service. My issue is with the Bloor Location. Very frustrating especially having such a great experience at the Scarborough location. But I appreciate that you replied to this review.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to suggest other menu items. The meat dishes are flavorful and truly delicious. The restaurant is clean, especially during the Halloween season when the decorations are quaint and festive. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great food, get there early to avoid lines. Staff are very attentive. Amazing mushroom and pineapple in addition to their meats.
