Came with some family for my birthday. I’ve been to the Mississauga location before (where the service was great) but the service we received from Dian at the Byward location was exceptional!! She was quick and efficient and very very patient, kind, and accommodating to our group. One of the best BBQ spots in Ottawa! They offer a fantastic selection of meats and a variety of seasonings. I usually order a pitcher of cocktails to complement the meal, which pairs perfectly with the hot grilled dishes. The service is great, but the waitstaff sometimes miscounts orders—I've asked for four of something and received only two. However, it’s not a big deal; it just means we have to wait a little longer for our food. Two hours is more than enough time, but I definitely recommend checking out the menu beforehand so you know what you want to order.

The place has been recommended by numerous friends and I finally went to try it and I was not disappointed. Everything was delicious but most of all the service was quick and prompt. I have to give a shout out to the waitress that had our table Sherry . If her boss sees this review, she deserves a raise and more. She made the experience that much better. We will definitely be visiting again.

This is definitely our favorite spot for dinner! Even my 2-year-old daughter loves it here. It’s no surprise that we come almost every week. The food is fantastic, and the service is consistently outstanding. The only downside is the wait time—be prepared for a longer wait, especially on weekends. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Delicious quality meat. Clean, well organized and very attentive service. Grills were constantly changed by staffs without request. Condiments are light soy sauce and ground chili powder, good to go with everything. Good values price matches quality and service.

This is a Japanese/kbbq place! This was so good and a fun time. The fruity sake was amazing. The food was really good! The wait time though was 3 hours which is insane. This is one of the few actual all you can eats. Loved it! Will visit again!

This is probably one of the best restaurants most fun and great food and great service that I’ve been to in Ottawa. I suggest everybody and anybody come here and if you’re from out of town there are hotels nearby come here and enjoy the food.

We had an amazing time at Gyubee! We have been before and we were so excited to be back. It was our server Blake’s first day and he was so excellent and friendly. The person training him was such a professional. We will be back soon! Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with their suggestions. The online waitlist can be a bit frustrating and confusing, but it is what it is. We celebrated a friend's birthday here, and we had a great time at dinner!

This restaurant is fantastic! The service is excellent, and the food is delicious. The only downside is the wait time, but it's definitely worth it. If you're a meat lover, you're going to really enjoy this place!
