H! Brasserie - Reservar una mesa

I was looking forward to discovering this brunch that I had heard of a lot of positive echoes, and for my birthday, my friends offered me a good one for this brunch. And unfortunately, I was disappointed. We arrived at the opening of the brunch. we started with the salty part: a lot of seafood, salmon, fish terrine ... I think if you're a fan of seafood, it was perfect. You could have filled your mind in an incredible way with the turrets, srabs and other shrimps and shrimp. (after, I don't know if the seafood is there all the time, or if it was the theme during our passage). Then we go to the hot part. there were quinoa balls that were really indigested and a meat that was not cooked (I think that it was because we were the first to serve us and that the meats were not too cooked for the wait in the bath marie not over-cooked them, but then it was immangeable). It wasn't crazy as I expected. I've already done much cheaper brunch and that were 1000 times better. If you like crustaceans, you would have been served that day, I think there was a lot of fun to be enjoyed. but we really went by, and what we ate was absolutely not worth the €42 per person spent.

Here joins my remarks after my passage on 21/05 for brunch: degradation of the service, little choice to brunch, no good scrambled eggs, fresh juice, little pastries or even non-existent on lunch: a cruel lack of varieties of salads, pasta, salted cake, seasonings, dried green salad with no flavor, unfrigerated breeze, a few var No jams with cheeses, on a very poor plateau, and no fruit or fresh or salad for a 20 May!!!!!In total, I was a faithful client. I'm not coming back to brunch anymore. 42 euros too expensive! Last summer, you had improved the service with a stand with plancha and a juice bar on site.Break I hope you will change policy quickly I attended the restaurant almost every week I haven't come there for more than 6 months

we wanted to go near dinner and were on the h! brasserie. we were then a bit surprised when it turned out from the restaurant of the holten hilton, we keep eating in the hotel restaurants. the more enjoyable was the beautiful terrace of good service and the excellent food, absolutely recommended.

I wanted to test the restaurant of the Hilton hotel in strasburg. I had lunch on the terrace. dishes rather well in relation to the price! a service rather well too! damaging a small waiting between the two dishes. I think I'll come back to test the restaurant again.

from very far the most disappointing brunch we've done for this price there. Variety and quantity are at the expense of quality. Very disappointing experience for us, we will not return to it and we advise you!
