H2ocean Restaurant Raw Bar

I absolutely love everything about h2ocean. The bar is lively, and they serve beautiful cocktails. The fish is incredibly fresh, the service is prompt and attentive, and every dish I tried was delicious. The halibut was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, while the tuna was expertly prepared, rare in the center. The special dish with scallops in a tarragon cream sauce was tender and flavorful. The donuts for dessert were fantastic, but I found the pot de crème to be too thick, not chocolaty enough, and lacking in taste. Despite that, I can’t wait to return!

great experience! all we had was delicious! we could not order our thoughts about what, so decided, we must return! we started with the tuna mango tartar. so delicious! I recommend the lobster bisque suppe. it was perfect. only saw the correct amount and sherry! for dinner I had a new meeresfruit pasta dish with scallops and garnelen. the court was huge, so I took the half home and had it for lunch the next day! we've been closing with the donuts. they are one must and have gone well with our dessert martinis! cannot wait to go back!

Soup arrived cold. Was warmed and generously comped. Bt still, who's watching the kitchen? Fries were burnt, and inedible. In a state full of places that do great french fries, these were among the worst I ever had. Lobster role was mediocre. Lobster was mushy. Roll was a slice a buttered slice of bread folded over.

The menu and service are excellent. We visit frequently and always have a wonderful experience. The wine list is impressive, but it could use an update, as we haven't found some selections available yet. Overall, a solid five stars!

We had celebrated a special occasion here before and wanted to return since we were very pleased before. The food and service were excellent and the portions were quite plentiful. We will definitely come back again.

For a seafood restaurant appetizers were unimpressive...the owners should try Roots in Summit....no comparison!

Great selections and specials. Portions are quite ample and perhaps two appetizers would have been enough!
