I have never hat a Vietnamese hot pot so my husband and I entered with no clue. The staff wasted no time in showing us exactly what we are supposed to do. We had kangaroo, beef, chicken, shrimp, clams, etc..The buffet was excellent along with the different sauces and noodles. We were amazed enough that we decided this is the place to take people for dinner with us. Food was delicious. We plan to return many times.
