Called to see what time they closed. Drove 15 minutes out of the way and they closed 30 mins early. The dude counting the register said didn’t know you called. Short memory I guess. Will be out of business like the rest of them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The customer service was lacking. The ice cream was decent, but I had high expectations because it's Häagen-Dazs. I've tried their ice cream many times at other locations, and this one didn't live up to what I had hoped for.

The service was extremely slow. I waited 30 minutes, only to be informed that it would take an additional 10 minutes for a milkshake.
We love Ice Cream but today we arrived and they say they open at 12 and on Google it appears that they should update at 10 am
