I visited the restaurant with a group of eight, and we all ordered ice cream and settled in to enjoy it. While one of us was still eating, a Middle Eastern man came over and asked us to leave. We were just chatting and waiting for her to finish up. He had given us a 30-minute warning before closing, which seemed fair enough. However, not even five minutes later, he insisted that we leave. It was only 10:35, and there were still people coming in. We had arrived around 10:20, so it felt unreasonable to kick us out so soon. The female staff members were very friendly, and one even told us not to listen to him. Unfortunately, his rudeness really overshadowed our experience.
Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. The manager or owner, whoever he was is incredibly rude. I accidentally placed an order through Grubhub for the wrong location and when they pointed that out to me, the workers refused to help or fill the order. I asked them if they could please just honor the order as I work at a restaurant a block down and can not pick up from the other location and I was denied. The man wouldn’t even come over and look at me as he repeatedly said no. So now I lose money. Absolutely ridiculous!!
This is always the best place to visit after watching a movie (or even before, if that's your preference). I tried the Belgian chocolate flavor, and I must say it has the richest chocolate taste I've ever experienced. I wonder if they offer that in pint size?
I absolutely adore Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and this particular location is a favorite of mine. The staff recognizes me, and as soon as I arrive, they prepare my ice cream without me even having to say a word.

Great and quick service. Staff keeps the place nice and clean. Parking be difficult but that's the case for all of Bronxville. Open pretty late so perfect for those late-night sweet tooth cravings.

The milkshakes were great, but the prices are a bit high, especially with the inflation specials. I was surprised to see small cups costing $8!
The restaurant is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. It's located in a wonderful town that I really love!
