I asked some locals about good restaurants in Schweinfurt, and they advised Chumbos and the Brick House (the restaurant on the street). At Chumbos I had the steak with the spicy topping, and the quality of the meat (and the abilities of the cook) really lifted my mood after a long working day. I tried Brick House once, but since then returned to Chumbus. Will eat again (and perhaps also a cocktail) when I return. It could be done if you are with others, call to make sure there is a place for you.
I have been a couple of times to this restaurant. It offers a positive atmosphere and also has an outside area where you can sit. The staff is very friendly. Once I even asked for direction to another restaurant and they where happy to explain it to me. In my experience service is reasonably fast. The food is average to good. It is a good place to enjoy a dinner once in a while.
positiw: there are many vegans on the map, which is also clearly marked. the service then also make sure that they get the salat in vegan etc. the quesadillas were very delicious. service was good. neutral: the fajitas have a bad value for money compared to the quesadillas. overall it is more for a large number of customers and not for individual charms.
in the map are some marked vegan dishes, including burrito, quesadilla, tacos and salat. they do not have to ask long or even explain, a dessert can be ordered vegan. this is then however instead of vanilleeis with mangosoße, which unfortunately does not come out on the map, I had expected vegan ice. has tasted very well!

Friendly and fleety operation. Food has always been good for years. Absolutely try and surprise the cocktail of the month. Ambience suitable for the topic, you feel comfortable. Very recommended, the best Mexican in the city.

Chumbos is my favorite restaurant in Schweinfurt. From salad, over the main to dessert super delicious, the services are always friendly, funny.
