At first, I was disappointed when I received takeout and my tenderloin sandwich was missing. I was frustrated because by the time I got home, all my food would be cold. Since there was no phone number to call ahead, I went back into the restaurant and explained to the person at the counter that my meal needed to be remade. He immediately asked if my tenderloin sandwich was missing, and when I confirmed, everything changed.
I was upset because, with other fast food places like Taco Bell, they usually just give you the missing item without caring that the rest of your food gets cold. Plus, I was hungry and confused about why my order was incomplete. The manager immediately restarted my meal...
We visited this location for the first time and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. Our food arrived promptly. However, I would suggest that these franchises consider reducing the sodium levels in their dishes. While the taste is fine, a quick look at the menu shows that the burgers and fries have a high sodium content. That said, I was pleased that my sweet potato fries were not greasy, and the club sourdough sandwich was fantastic. The boom boom sauce, which I'm pretty sure that's what it was called, was spot on and had a nice orange color. This location frequently gets my orders wrong. I’ve only used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the inside. The first time, they forgot my fries. The second time, they missed the chilies I asked for on my burger. The third time, they added cheese even though I clearly requested no cheese. On top of that, both the burger and fries were way too salty.
I recently had my first meal at Habit Burger Grill and I was impressed. The tuna burger is unique and unlike anything I've found at other places. It was tasty and lower in calories compared to a beef burger. The chicken salad was also delicious.

I visited to use a birthday coupon and opted for the Santa Barbara Char burger. Delicious! It might just be the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The service here is consistently great. Food: 5/5.

The garlic parmesan fries at The Habit Burger Grill are lacking any garlic flavor, which was quite disappointing. I felt totally misled, and the service was not up to par either!
