I had a great experience at this Japanese restaurant! Today I tried the Chirashi Don, which had a creative presentation. The fish was fresh and I especially enjoyed the addition of mushrooms. It reminded me of a high-end version of a poke bowl. The rice was cooked perfectly and topped with tasty seaweed. My only complaint is that I expected the dish to be served in a bowl instead of on a plate, making it a bit challenging to eat all the components together. This is the best Japanese restaurant in the area. Even after returning from Japan, this is still my favorite spot. The food is just as delicious, if not better!
This restaurant is amazing! The prawn tacos are a must-try dish, one of my all-time favorites. The kimchi is a close second in my book.
