My husband and I made a last-minute reservation for a Sunday night and we are so happy we did. The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent! We tried the sticky buns, fried chicken boa buns, OG ramen (medium), and fried chicken wings (kimchi), and all of them were fantastic. I would highly recommend all of them, but my favorite was the OG ramen - it was bursting with flavor and perfect for warming up on a cold night. Despite being short-staffed that evening, the service we received was still outstanding. Our server, Torika, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, even while serving other tables. We. Love. This . Spot. Both my girlfriend and I are avid foodies and huge into ramen, and I just can’t get enough of this place, from the staff to the atmosphere and especially the food. The broth this place makes is top tier, it will literally bring you back to life, whenever we feel a little off we go here, order the OG and leave like we just went to heaven, I’ve never had food that will change the way I feel in less than a few minutes. Now on to the highlight of the entire place, Torika, an absolute sweetheart and a ray of sunshine, she brings a energy that just can’t be beat, yes the food is some of the best we’ve had but we come back for her.
This place is small, very tiny. Sticky buns Hawaiian with honey on top. Pork Boa bun had a weird tasting sweet sauce and the pork was tough. The OG Ramen was absolutely horrible. The broth tasted like you were drinking oil, the egg tasted bitter and just off, the pork was tough and chewy. We came here for a birthday dinner and yeah it was a total bust. None of us are our food and left hungry. I’ve had ramen all over the world and this was not it at all! The staff was nice though. Definitely won’t come back, sad part is we had a few people that wanted our opinion bc they wanted to go here also. Smh
The restaurant has a great atmosphere with a rap playlist. We tried the kimchi wings which had a nice balance of spice and flavor. The sticky rolls were a highlight, similar to parker house rolls but with an Asian twist and a tasty honey glaze. The butter was a bit too salty for my taste. I opted for the pork belly instead of mushroom in my ramen, which was delicious but had a strong mushroom taste. My friend ordered the OG ramen with extra toppings, but found the corn on the cob difficult to eat. Overall, a solid and enjoyable spot to enjoy some tasty ramen.

We had a wonderful evening at Hachidori tonight. In Miami, it is often a struggle to find a restaurant that excels in both service and food, but Hachidori does just that. Despite being first-time customers, we ordered more than we could eat just to try everything on the menu. The food was impeccable, and the service was exceptional, with Danny providing us with a Sake flight and educating us about the different varieties. While they do offer take-out options, I highly recommend dining in to fully enjoy the experience at Hachidori.
Absolutely love this place, since the first time I ate there it never disappointed me! Gyozas are really good, OG ramen and salmon donburi amazing!! The owner and the staff are so nice and caring, it's always a pleasant experience to have dinner at Hachidori...5 stars!!
Food was amazing! The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly especially Torika. She gave off such good energy it made the meal so much better. The happy hour is awesome. I definitely recommend and I’m coming back with friends.
If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. It's no surprise that it's closing down, with the waitress's rude attitude of informing me as soon as I walked in that they were closing.

Excellent service. Clean, fast and friendly. Food is fresh and delicious. The leftovers taste aaaaaaaamazing. Definitely recommend.
