Hacienda Mexican - Reservar una mesa

Went in to pick up my delivery order and saw that I was charged more. I verified the price of what I was getting with the person on the phone. When I asked why there was a difference in price the ladies there said the menu in the restaurant is different from their online menu. I asked why didn’t you say that because that’s not what I was told and all she could say was sorry. They told me to pick up my food in five minutes. I was there less than five minutes and still waited 10.

We had gotten a table fairly quickly but our waitress took a while to come take out drink order but by the time she did we were all ready to order. Food came out quickly but was just not very appetizing, we ordered two fajita plates but they only brought out one set of tortillas. My husband’s tacos had to much grease he couldn’t eat it comfortably. Never going back.

This is a small, cozy restaurant. I have been eating here since about 2005. Now I visit each time I travel to Anchorage. I have found the food is consistently good. The decor changed only slightly over the years in a good way. They keep modernized without loosing it's charm.Parking: The parking lot layout in the center of the mall area is an odd layout.

Authentic Mexican food. Outstanding customer service! Staff always very welcoming. One of my favorite restaurant in my neighborhood where I can just walk to from my house. :

By far the best house Margaritas in Alaska. The service and food is amazing, staff makes you feel at home. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
